This journey is open to:
All ages & genders
All levels of yoga experience (including beginners)
Those drawn to spiritual exploration, cultural depth, and conscious travel
No previous experience with India or yoga is required—only curiosity and an open heart.
You won’t be rushed.
You won’t be over-scheduled.
You won’t be left to “figure India out” on your own.
This is a guided, held experience...one that balances sacred pilgrimage, embodied practice, and real rest.
This retreat is guided by someone who understands that India isn’t something you visit…it’s something you feel.
Your host, Linda Newman, has spent years studying, practicing, and returning to India, not as a tourist, but as a student of its spiritual traditions, sacred spaces, and living lineages. Her approach to yoga is grounded, embodied, and accessible—rooted in presence rather than performance.
She teaches yoga as a practice of self-inquiry, nervous system regulation, and deep listening, making space for each person to meet themselves exactly where they are. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have practiced for decades, you will be met with care, clarity, and respect.
This journey has been thoughtfully designed to balance:
Sacred pilgrimage without overwhelm
Daily practice without pressure
Cultural immersion without chaos
Personal transformation without force
Traveling through India can be powerful-and it can also be confronting. This retreat exists so you don't have to navigate that alone.
You'll be supported not only through yoga and meditation, but through the subtle, human moments that matter most: pacing, rest, cultural context, and emotional integration.
You are invited to arrive as you are-curious, tired, open, uncertain-and leave with a deeper sense of grounding, clarity, and connection.
Reserve now with a deposit to hold your place...balance due August. Flexible payment plans available.
