"One session was all it took for me to know Linda is the one I wish to learn from. Her radiant energy, calming demeanour, and vibrant personality instantly attracted me. The way she commands the room, holds the space, and encourages inward gaze captivated me. Acknowledgement to her lineage and her gurus is what distinguishes Linda from the crowd, her emphasis on yoga being so much more than asana practice is what solidified her as a teacher for me. Thanks to Linda my personal practice has deepened. My gaze has shifted inwards, and the external is no longer my focus. It is my hope to learn as much from her as possible so I can continue to spread the warmth, joy, and light she has to offer."

"The first time I took a yoga class with Linda, I knew that she was the person I wanted to complete my Yoga Teacher Training Course with. Her classes are warm, welcoming, and have a beautiful spiritual element. The Teacher Training Course delves deep into the origins of yoga, while also being very practical and hands-on."

Founder and Lead Trainer
Linda Newman is a devoted yoga student, storyteller, and lifelong seeker of wisdom — drawn to every philosophy that invites greater depth in love, awareness, and life itself.
Over more than four decades of teaching, she has guided thousands of students while continuing her own studies in the traditional lineages of Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Traditional Mysore, Ayurveda, Tantra, and Yogic Philosophy. Her extensive training includes a 350hr Hatha Yoga, 400hr Ashtanga Vinyasa, and 300hr Tantric Yoga Teacher Training, as well as 200hr Advanced Anatomy, a 36-month apprenticeship with A.G. & Indra Mohan, 300hr Kundalini Awakening, and 50hr Ayurvedic Studies.
What lights her heart most is bringing yoga to life off the mat — weaving mythology, story, and lived experience into practices that awaken presence and meaning beyond the physical. Linda’s teaching invites you to pause, listen deeply, and remember that yoga is ultimately a way of being, not just doing.
